one was submitted by Sharon, a historian in Limerick City. A first from there, I believe. It's at
the entrance to Barringtons' Hospital on George's Quay. Sharon's blog

(Where
to put the apostrophe is a conundrum with which Benchmarker
constantly wrestles. The hospital website omits it completely; the
name-plate on the building has it after the 's' of Barringtons; while
modern maps etc put it before the 's'. Life is never simple. Sigh!)
