This one from M.C. is on a gate pillar of the entrance to Saint Saviour's Church on Coolgreney Road in Arklow, County Wicklow.

This one from M.C. is at the junction of River Lane and Main Street, Arklow, County Wicklow. It's on one of those types of bollards that protected the corner walls of buildings from being damaged by the wheels of heavy carts turning into or out of narrow junctions or entrance ways.
