NUMBER 929

BENCHMARKS continued

This one in Edinburgh, Scotland, from Michael Byrne is a rivet type with unusual rectangle cut around the rivet. It's on Braid Road on top of a bridge wall, over the Braid Burn. (A 'burn' is a Scottish word for a smallish river, often used in the Ulster counties too.)
